Services
Karen Wegehenkel Photography offers Farm Calls for horse owners. I can also be booked for horse events and shows. A photo shoot of a single horse usually takes anywhere from 1-3 hours (depending on your wishes and of course the horse), and it is done in digital media.
Fees include the photo session, proof pictures online, as well as travel within the Seattle/Eastside area (outside this area a travel charge applies).
Your photo session begins with a talk to find out your goal of this session. What do you want to use the pictures for? Are there special poses you want to get? Then we will go out to the location of your choice to take the photographs. You are invited through the whole session to make suggestions, or add ideas of your own. It is important to me that you and your horse are having fun.

After the session your proof photos will be available online. You can pick and order your prints at any time afterwards.

$150 Horse Portrait Session

$50 Buddy Session (price per horse)
Two or more horses at the same location
includes the photo shoot, 50 miles travel (total), proofs online and on CD. Prints can be ordered online.
$20 Portfolio Special
if you think it’s worth a try to have photos taken by me, but don’t want to commit to the regular session price, here is a special I can offer that can benefit us both. The session includes travel (50 miles total) and the photo shoot. Photos can be acquired afterwards as prints or digital files.
